The course presents a model of teaching, the goals of instruction, how teaching is done in an era of standards and accountability, planning for e-learning, teaching history, basic teacher instructional methods and how classroom has to be managed in order to ensure that students worldwide could acquire quality education.


This course provides an overview of online learning. The course presents various methods through which students get online education and how people can learn from E-Courses.


The course emphasizes the importance of education for handicapped children and how teachers have to deal with them to provide quality education. The course covers various techniques used by teachers in learning process of special children.


Central to the course are a variety of broad topics demonstrating the positive contribution that a good school-community relations plan has upon student achievement. The positive impact on student achievement that results from the development of a common school-community culture is stressed.


The course examines multicultural education through a focus on the historical, sociological, and philosophical foundations of education. Special emphasis is placed on the role of ethnicity in the development of the United States and its education system.

The course is designed to examine the content and methods of social studies education for young children in pre-primary and primary level settings. This course develops an understanding of the concepts and skills for effective instruction in all aspects of social studies for children.


This course covers management and instructional techniques with school-age populations. Upon completion, you should be able to utilize developmentally appropriate behavior management and instructional strategies that enhance the teaching/learning process and promote students' academic success.


The course content places emphasis on the growth and development of children. Special attention will be given to sequencing of skills in order to plan for the holistic development of the child to encompass the social, physical, emotional, creative and cognitive selves with strong emphasis on appropriate activities


This course will provide early childhood care and education professionals, and those aspiring to the profession, with the opportunity to apply early childhood education experience and continuing professional education to college credit. You will gain and apply knowledge in many aspects of teaching young children in child-care and educational settings.


This course expands your knowledge through exploration of early childhood education topics including emotional development, pro-social behavior, large and small motor development, cognitive development, art skills, sharing observational data with parents etc.
